Taster Session
Exploring creativity through meditation, play and experimentation
17th October 2026
10am to midday
This two-hour workshop is a chance to explore the ideas behind the Between Practices six-week course.
We'll move between meditation and creative practice, using breath, attention, automatic drawing and visualisation to explore what happens when we let go of the pressure to produce a particular outcome amd become immersed in the process of making.
